Actual behaviour:

    % is-at-least 5.8.0.2 5.8 && echo yes || echo no
    yes
    % is-at-least 5.8.0.2 5.8.0.0 && echo yes || echo no
    no

Expected behaviour: Both commands should have printed "no".
