f5b8efa7e0 37344: restore old printable quoting, add ${(q+)...}. 
The \C- form is only used inside quotedzputs().

${(q+)...} outputs a quotedzputs() representation.

b498bd7ce5 36982: Fix bug with (#cN) patterns and remove redundant description. 
We need to restore the current count of matches when returning to
match at the point where we previously matched.

Without this, '() { (( x=42 )) }' and '() { for (( i=0; … )) }' wouldn't warn
about $x and $i, respectively, being created global.
