Added language support for Jarai. Fixed some metrics issues with upright letter D and composites. Removed kerning exceptions involving dotlessi glyph. Adjusted the kerning amount of the exceptions which had a kerning value between -2 and 2; this way these kerning exceptions don't get trimmed by the minimum kerning threshold amount which is +/- 3. Added ordfeminine to ss02 feature.
