Adds glyphs for comma reversed mod (u+02BD). Adds characters + glyph alternates to support Egyptian transliteration: Adot (u+0226), adot (u+0227), Egyptian Alef/alef (u+A722–3), Egyptian Ain/ain (u+A724–5), combining right half ring above (u+0357). Adds comments to the head of files telling which files include them. Updates Intermediate masters to provide correct interpolation. Updates design of glyphs related to ring, hoi, asper.
