Remove five FTP mirrors:

Browse source 
ftp8.FreeBSD.org
ftp9.FreeBSD.org
ftp9.us.FreeBSD.org
ftp12.FreeBSD.org
ftp7.us.FreeBSD.org

These hostnames have all been repointed to other FTP mirrors, but it
seems pointless to also continue listing them in their own right.
