Remove a <email>freebsd-bugs</email> and replace it with freebsd-bugs. It

was placing a mailto:freebsd-bugs in the browser.  Changed to be like
the freebsd-questions reference right below it.

Also remove Alan Cox from the additional contributors list. He's been
a committer since late February.
