Various improvements to the mail chapter:
- Use <hostid> for domain names. - Wrap sendmail in <application> where appropriate. - Expand on /usr/local/etc/rc.d script start/stop functionality. - Explain how mailer.conf works in a bit more detail. - Add to the description of MX records and backup MX servers. - Reword and improve various parts, fixing grammar and typos.
