Move mention of the recent press release to "news.xml" from the 'In

Browse source 
The Press' page.  We use "news.xml" for project generated notifications
and we make the items in it available via an RSS feed.  The
scope of the 'In The Press' page is fuzzier; it holds links to
3rd-party articles in the media that are related to FreeBSD.
