- Convert net/etherboot to a package/port link.

- Fix minor grammar: s/enable NFS service/enable NFS/
- Expand a bit 'workstation' and remove excessive punctuation.
- Tag rc.conf and README as <filename>'s.
- Remove reference to PRs conf/31200 and conf/29870, since
  they have been fixed.
