- Add GNOME Journal to Resources section
- Comment out Upgrading to 2.6 section, it can be revived once we have
  Upgrading to 2.8 instructions ready
- Add a paragraph to State of port section about 2.8 ports waiting for end
  of freeze

<p>Ports of GNOME 2.8 are ready, but unfortunately we're in the middle
of <a href="/releases/5.3R/schedule.html">FreeBSD 5.3-RELEASE</a>
<a href="/doc/en_US.ISO8859-1/articles/committers-guide/ports.html#Q12.3.1">ports freeze</a>,
preventing us from updating GNOME in the FreeBSD ports tree until after
5.3 is released. In the meantime you can get 2.8 ports from our
<a href="docs/develfaq.html">development server</a> and packages
from <a href="docs/faq2.html#q21">Tinderbox</a>.</p>
<p>GNOME for FreeBSD is currently supported on 4.9,
4.10, 5.2.1, -STABLE, and -CURRENT. Most of GNOME has been
4.10, 5.2.1, 5.3, 4-STABLE, 5-STABLE and 6-CURRENT. Most of GNOME has been
ported to FreeBSD, but there is still
<a href="docs/volunteer.html">plenty left to be done</a>!</p>
