Subject: [PATCH] 4.6.2 is out the door, so take it off of the "upcoming"
 release schedule.

While I'm here, note that RELENG_2_2 and RELENG_3 aren't officially
supported.  Also fix some wording and add some fullstops that I
probably should have added originally.
