Subject: [PATCH] * Remove CVSup knowledge from the pre-requisites in the
 chapter   synopsis.  I don't see anywhere in the chapter where that knowledge
   is required, and it is a forward reference in any case.

* Use an <xref> rather than a ulink to a specific html file to refer
  to an earlier section of this chapter.
