Whitespace clean up only, to make it clearer to see how the files are laid
out, and spot inconsistencies. By God that was painful. And I'm not finished yet -- this commit just gets the files into a semblence of order. Now I have to go through them excising all the dodgy HTML practices, and doing a consistency check. Argh! Translators, you can ignore this commit.
