Add a reference to kdbmap(1). As far as I can tell, this tidbit is

the only bit of information from the FAQ on changing keyboard maps
that is not obsolete or outdated, and not included in this section.

This commit clears the way for replacing the FAQ on this with a
pointer to this section.
