Replace Obersturmbahnfuhrer with "Meister" -- someone who has earned an
official degree in craftmanship (which is required to allow teaching the profession to others). There are overtones with "Obersturmbahnfuhrer" that we should avoid. Requested by: Jens Schweikhardt <schweikh@schweikhardt.net>
