Merge the following changes in the English version:
applications.sgml : 1.9 -> 1.10
features.sgml : 1.6 -> 1.7
register.sgml : 1.8 -> 1.9
where.sgml : 1.27 -> 1.30
internal/internal.sgml : 1.7 -> 1.8
internal/machines.sgml : 1.8 -> 1.10
