Update various todo items: remove KDE/gcc compiler problems because

compiler is now upgraded.

Note devd commit status as 'pending this weekend'.

Note that sparc64 gdb works with gdb 5.3, that an import is required
to fix it in the base tree.

Update status on TrustedBSD new user api.

Other bits and pieces.
