Add link to 2.2.1R -> 2.2-stable upgrade kit (which is basically a
"convenience package" that contains /usr/bin/*info and bsd.port[.subdir].mk). With the recent emacs commit, 2.2.1R became officially unsupported by the ports tree (without this package, of course). :)
