<p>GNOME 2.7.4 has been released just five short days
after 2.7.3, and the FreeBSD ports is ready to go.
This latest release features a new desktop MIME
system that is designed to integrate more closely
with KDE. Unfortunately, not all of the GNOME
applications have been converted over to it.
