- Due to failure of building a (working) WANDBOARD image as of 10.4-BETA3,

Browse source 
OpenSSH 7.3p1 which went into stable/10 after that, it doesn't feel like
  we are ready for the RC phase just yet. So 10.4-BETA4 has been inserted
  into the 10.4 cycle and the optional 10.4-RC3 de-schedule for now.
- Mark the start of 10.4-BETA4 builds as done.
