Remove the rtp page since the rtp systems have been mostly defunct for a
while. Currently only one of the systems is up and it hasn't been updated in 2+ years. If rtp systems come back the page can easily be resurrected, but for now it's just more confusing having the page around.

<p>Home directory services are provided by a dedicated NFS/RAID5

protected server mounted on /home. Each machine contains a ccd scratch

area mounted on /vol/vol0 also available via the /users symlink.

These machines are inter-connected at 100Mbit/sec

full-duplex. All systems have serial consoles and remote power
