Split the "Obtaining FreeBSD" appendix into four sections, for

CD-ROM, FTP, CTM, and CVSup.  Adjust cross-references accordingly.
Add a list of CVSup mirror sites, and reference it from the CVSup
tutorial.

Also, fix a spelling error in the porting document.
