Update my GPG key with 12 new signatures from the Purdue Linux Users

Group Installfest on March 3rd, where I and other BSD geeks converted
a few more folks to FreeBSD with the help of BSDi FreeBSD cd sets.  :-)
Also, I removed some of my uid's so this won't be in sync with what's on
pgp.mit.edu anymore *sigh*.  The public key can also be obtained from
``finger will@physics.purdue.edu'', for those who are so inclined.
