Remove a very out-of-date paragraph describing www.FreeBSD.org
and hub.FreeBSD.org. With how the infrastructure is set up, it is probably not reasonable to try to keep these pieces current. Reword the leading sentence of the next paragraph so it makes sense with the first paragraph removed. Sponsored by: The FreeBSD Foundation
