e6e07782d3 Use <literal> tags around 'RC' references as opposed to the 
<acronym> tag, which renders differently.  Given how some of
this article is written, there are visible differences in the
rendered output that may seem confusing.

f2adf216ac Note how blanket approvals and pending requests for approval are 
tracked internally.

Add a note about an internal copy of the CHECKSUM files and the
MANIFEST files stored in the misc/freebsd-release-manifests port.

679c35d384 Work in progress - another batch update. Actual Translation 
work is now taking place and/or already translated items
are copied over if their context is still sufficient.

With that I try to "rely" a bit more on the Translation
Memory from poedit and use that to optimize the Translation
Memory further and give a bit more context or better wording
where appropriate.
