884843e90b We haven't updated the "FreeBSD Press Releases" page since 2005, so 
point directly to the FreeBSD Foundation Press page which has 2-4
releases per year since that time frame and now handles most of our
press releases (along with, to a lesser extent, iXsystems).  Keep the
link to our own separate press release page as "archived pre-2005
press releases".

760c82a092 Properly fix the break of the build. 
Thanks to hrs@ for fixing it in the first place.

(Despite that I had run a make on this file and the .xml file, it
 seems that it didn't break with the file until it was commited.
 I am confused too.)

64bf4e6ae3 Fix mismatch between <ShortName/> and the title attribute in query-pr.cgi 
As a result browsers always claimed that there is new opensearch
provider, even if it was already added.

e91a8b040f Update the status of the German translation effort: 
- the German website is translated (at least as far as it makes sense).
- the German handbook is translated (but needs updates in some parts). Nevertheless put it into the "available" section.
