c45db88b93 Modify HUMBUG, now simply called the Home UNIX Users Group for Brisbane. 
Add BSD Users Sweden, Berkeley UNIX User Group (in Berkeley, for those
who might misunderstand), and the Vegas Free Unix User group.

44a8716465 Link to the Japanese WWW mailing list page. Add a couple of missing 
full stops.

I haven't applied the patch in the PR to the other language translations,
as I'm not 100% certain my system is CJK safe.  Sorry for the extra work
translators.

27b5a7e426 Changed the location name of user groups from blue to bold black. 
This change makes it easier to determine what are links and what

60dfe245a4 Whitespace clean up only, to make it clearer to see how the files are laid 
out, and spot inconsistencies.

By God that was painful.  And I'm not finished yet -- this commit just gets
the files into a semblence of order.  Now I have to go through them
excising all the dodgy HTML practices, and doing a consistency check.

Argh!

Translators, you can ignore this commit.

dfb6596771 Add VicFUG, the FreeBSD user's group in Victoria Australia. Now we have 
user groups in four out of seven states of Australia, so I moved all the Oz
entries under an "Australia" entry which, according to alphabetical order,
is at the top of the page. Yay - where we belong!

dcd488bcda It has always bugged me that the only way to the 'formulate query' 
window was through the 'show all open prs' page. Going by that
route makes the server do lots of unnecessary work.

3a6361c32c The Handbook conversion has changed the names of some of the generated 
HTML files (not all of them, just some of them).

Fix up the broken references to point to the correct files.

This has not touched the release notes in releases/*/*.  I'm not sure
whether they should remain as historical record of what was shipped or
not.  About 5 of them now have a couple of broken links each, which will
be trivial to fix.
