86cadc1d36 Make it absolutely clear that the operator group grants access privileges 
that might not be immediately obvious.

Also catching up on a bit of documentation to reflect that GELI has been
passing TRIM/UNMAP requests since 2015.

d11c978743 Fixes a few things in the bsdl-gpl article: 
inconsistency regarding AT&T at the beginning of the text, which later
becomes ATT: I choosed to always use AT&T;

style improvement: change "adds additional" into "adds more";

change "Addenda" into "Bibliographical References", since that is what is in the section;

fix typos.

6dc1d24fbb Document the new range ability for USES=pgsql. 
Translators, I've modified the wording to make it easier to read, but the
only material difference is the fact that you can now specify a range of
