526d8990da Due to some housecleaning, we no longer need a loran(4) manpage (the 
driver's gone).  A digi(4) manpage, however, would be useful.

hea(4) is similarly gone.

bms@ actually wrote a sab(4) manpage but it wasn't hooked up to the
build until yesterday.  Record its new status.

6bdf3716e7 Re-organise the ``kernel manual pages'' entry; move it next to the 
``section 4 manual pages'' task.  While I am there, make the task
entry consistent.

ead23301e2 Remove the mpu(4) mdoc task entry. The Roland-401 driver was 
nuked ages ago by Peter (wearing his asbestos suit), because
it was using the old-skool midi interface.

If in the future the mpu driver is added back, this entry can
be revived.

a269886f5c Add a new column for the ``driver manual pages'' task. The 
new column contains one line description of the drivers in
need of manual pages.

Note, I have purposely left out the description strings for
the pca(4) and wdc(4) drivers, because in my next commit to
this file, I will remove the pca(4) task, since the driver
was nuked ages ago.

This column should also help developers other than the
respective driver authors to fish out manual pages from
other BSD's.

2f4ef73341 Rename the existing Chinese documentation project link to be the 
'Traditional Chinese' docproj.

Add a 'Simplified Chinese' docproj, based on the work from the
freebsdchina.org community in Shanghai.  Simplified Chinese docs
should soon be making there way to a doc/zh_CN.GB18030 directory near
you.
