c2929658fc Update ISO download URLs in where.sgml to reflect reality. At this point, 
ia64 is the only download URL that needs the additional directory appended
to the path.

b776a66b9d Update the download URLs for i386 and amd64 9.0-BETA. 
Note that as -BETA2 builds are in progress, the Distribution URLs are
still broken because -BETA1 no longer exists on the FTP site.  With this
commit, the ISO URLs are no longer broken until &betarel.vers can be
bumped to -BETA2.
