275e43fb8f Split includes.sgml into several files in share/sgml/includes.*.sgml, since 
most of the entities in the files are language independent.  The translators
can override them partly, choosing where they want to do so.

50d3f3f2ab Make sure that browsers that don't automatically check for /favicon.ico

f510c06b35 Add entities for Unix, Java, and JDK which render ^TM or (R) as 
appropriate.  Make the copyright line at the bottom of pages a link to
our legal information pages, with the trademark legend, etc..

8efb832385 5.1 release announcement is imminent, so make the following updates 
to the Web site:

1.  Show 5.1 (June 2003) as the latest 5.X release.

2.  Temporarily remove links to the latest 5.X release announcement.
When the 5.1 announcement goes out, we'll HTML-ify it, add it to the
Web site, and put the links back.

3331f70c3b Correctly reference the freebsd.css file on second level pages. 
Previously, this stylesheet was incorrectly referenced so user agents
would ignore it, but Apache logs would be spammed with freebsd.css not
found errors.

3c690effe0 Commit the hardware notes for 4.4-RELEASE to the Web tree, with 
appropriate infrastructure changes and pointers from the appropriate
places.  (With RELNOTESng, the hardware notes are no longer duplicated
in the release notes; they're a separate document.)

127c471407 Reorganize the "current release" entities. rel.current is now the 
same as in the Handbook (numerical value for the current release,
e.g. "4.3").  u.rel.* are URLs to various documents for the current
release.

7687f34338 Explicitly link to the index.html files instead of relying on the web 
server's directory index configuration to DTRT (i.e., link to
"ports/index.html" rather than "ports/").  This also makes it easier
for people without the desire to set up a web server to test changes
to the web site.

3d52f1aac9 Replace numeric entites with their symbolic equivalents. 
Some browsers wrongly interpretate numeric entities with local charset, so
avoiding them is for good.

1c77a4d396 Rename the E-Mail address questions@freebsd.org to 
freebsd-questions@freebsd.org. This should make it clear
