39d4c62a0c Fix links to RELNOTESng in Web site...I missed the fact that they're 
built with NO_LANGCODE_IN_DESTDIR=true.

de28ae6b9d Import the FreeBSD SMP project page into the mirrored webpages. Originally 
this page was being updated fairly often making the lag between changes
and actual content update on the website undesirable.  12 hour lag still
isn't all that great, but this page is now changed less frequently.

289bb9611e Allow ^ and $ as regular expressions in the responsible person field. 
This allows us to search for all those PRs assigned to 're' without
adding the ones assigned to 'reg', or 'mi' and 'mike', etc..  Finally
I hope to have PR email that only contains the PRs that were really
meant for me.

d9ca234dc3 Make a top-level Web page that points into the new, automatically- 
generated -CURRENT and 4-STABLE release notes.

Nothing points to this page yet; appropriate commits to hook it
into the rest of the Web site will follow after some testing.

3c690effe0 Commit the hardware notes for 4.4-RELEASE to the Web tree, with 
appropriate infrastructure changes and pointers from the appropriate
places.  (With RELNOTESng, the hardware notes are no longer duplicated
in the release notes; they're a separate document.)
