the link is no longer active since we have changed the name of our

8d098a5b57 Use the serial comma as per docproj guidelines. Fix other grammar 
booboos (some relevant to translators).

jkh removed the handbook's specific hardware reccomendations list some

c45db88b93 Modify HUMBUG, now simply called the Home UNIX Users Group for Brisbane. 
Add BSD Users Sweden, Berkeley UNIX User Group (in Berkeley, for those
who might misunderstand), and the Vegas Free Unix User group.
