01250c045f update description of included source code on about page 
Avoid quibbling over device firmware files that do not include source
code. It's clear from the context that this (perhaps dated) paragraph
is making a comparison to closed-source operating systems, but the
sentence may be interpreted differently in 2016.

- Enable the 'download page' URL on the schedule.
- Add arm64/aarch64 virtual machine images and installer image URL.

Capitalize FreeBSD in FreeBSD.org domain names and email addresses,
and use &os; most elsewhere (but not for the Foundation).
Use title case for <url> bodies (and keep newlines out of them).

13c129b12b Refactor the newbies page: 
- Rename 'Using the website' to 'Getting FreeBSD'
- Move the note about the installation instructions, and remove the
  rest of the information that is duplicated elsewhere on the site.
