b116b2192f Remove mention of 'meritocracy'. This is a term which incorporates

4f6313a7f6 Put Multiqueue Testing project in the gsoc section 
Also standardize on a lowercase "of" in "Google Summer of Code"

52c9c5e4fd Enable the introduction. The structure has been changed somewhat to 
give credit to the compilers.  The introduction is more general, and I
signed it because I think these reports should not be anonymous.
Ideally, they will be written by a variety of people, and point out
different aspects of the project each time.
