bf545fc198 Add an event section to the website. 
This is meant both as a way to get an overview of upcoming FreeBSD
related events, and as a way to structure links to pages with
information / pictures / etc. from past events.

The page automatically determines which events are upcoming and which
are past, by comparing the event dates with the current date.

275e43fb8f Split includes.sgml into several files in share/sgml/includes.*.sgml, since 
most of the entities in the files are language independent.  The translators
can override them partly, choosing where they want to do so.

BSDnews is an online magazine dedicated to all BSDs.  You will find
original and usefull articles, check the current issue and the previous
one :)

BSDnews is a site launched by our Jim Mock (this site is in some ways a
child of the defunct FreeBSD'zine) with the help of some active persons
from the BSD community.

6e52ce9878 - Remove the references to gallery/gallery.html which are just indirect 
references, to the real commercial/personal/non-profit galleries; we
  already have references to the real gallery pages.
- Remove misc. stale references.
- Add the KSE and Trademark pages.
