07600c34c7 Add a PGP-signed list of MD5 checksums to provide another location for 
users to verify the integrity of the ISO images on the FTP sites.

c2f730ca57 Fix some instances of wishful thinking, where I wrote "Sep" for a completion 
date on the release schedule where I really mean "Oct".

c35b785748 Commit the HTML rendition (and "glue" pages) of the 4.7-RELEASE 
release documentation, in advance of the release.  Not hooked up to
the Web site build, nor visible from any Web pages yet.

These files may be regenerated before the release date if required.

a85168481a Since we backed out the bzip2 support in 4.7's pkg_* tools, there's no 
need to ask people to test that feature.

d4cc3605c9 Add a testing guide for 4.7-RELEASE. Ask users to help test the new 
changes to PPP, ahc, ahd, ipfilter, sendmail, ata, and bzip2 support
in the package tools.
