1e79c3e49e SLIP has been removed from the base install as of 
FreeBSD 8.0. Therefore, remove last vestiges of SLIP
from this part of the handbook.

d205a33ee4 - Change the link for the cvsup pkg-descr to the port "net/cvsup" (as net/cvsup-without-gui does not have one). 
- Also note that net/cvsup-without-gui is enough, if you do not need/want to install a graphical cvsup client.

head/usr.sbin/sysinstall, i.e., 1GB for /, 512MB to 4GB for /var and at
least 8GB for /usr.

9e99bf4326 Remove/hide the section about "FreeBSD under Xen" as the instructions in there do NOT work anymore: 
- FreeBSD 7.0 has reached its EOL a long time ago.
- The needed files from www.fsmware.com are not available anymore (the server
  has been dead for a long time now).  Making it impossible to follow the
  instructions in this section.
