a3c536bda0 Add PGP-signed checksums for 10.2-RC3. 
This will help with providing verifiable checksum files separate
from what is available on the FTP mirrors.

The relevant commits to connect these to the build will follow.

caf4e6cce3 Separate the SD card images for arm builds into a separate column 
to make them a bit easier to find.
Link to a README file within the VM-IMAGES directory which contains
a mapping of disk image format and hypervisor support.

7a5c6d7474 Mention that svnlite may be present and usable. Adjust some wording to 
try to not scare people away from using svn.  Mention the importance of
ca_root_nss and add it to the examples.  Use short package names in
examples.  Untangle some leftovers from having a mirror list.

0bacbbe09e DES is a terrible suggestion, and it MUST NOT be used per RFC7321.. 
I plan to make code changes soon to break the old config anyways...

This chapter needs to be updated badly, and me leaving the example
here is not an endorsement to use it...
