614de01128 Fill with initial content about IPv6 in FreeBSD these days, 
IPv6 only snapshots and FreeSBD and world IPv6 day.
Can be extended and improved as needed.

Add "WORLD IPV6 DAY BADGE: BLUE" image available for download
