The netperf webpage has not been updated in quite some time. Most updates
regarding machine allocations are happening on the wiki nowadays. It does not
make sense to keep the information here, so remove the section and replace it
with a reference to the wiki instead.
The config and news section has also been largely left alone for years. Remove
it as well as it is unlikely that someone will be posting updates there any
time soon.

Drop mention of SVN and Perforce in favor of using github. If students
are familiar with anything it's going to be git.
Comment out text on gsoc flyers until someone makes an updated one.

This is a minimal update for Google Summer of Code to the English
language GSoC poster from last year. It would be nice to redesign the
poster from scratch but I don't have time right now, others are welcome
to do so. Similarly, a US Letter sized poster would be welcome.
Remove the Polish GSoC 2016 posters, as they are out of date.
Everybody is encouraged to create posters in their local language and add
them here, either using the same design or a design of your own. Note that
the stipend varies on a country by country basis this year: It is likely
best to avoid listing a specific stipend value.
- Rename 'Using the website' to 'Getting FreeBSD'
- Move the note about the installation instructions, and remove the
rest of the information that is duplicated elsewhere on the site.
- Move the links to the Search and Support page under the 'Learning
about FreeBSD' section.
