fbdcb883bd They do not mention FreeBSD on their web site, and google's index of 
their site also turns up no mention of FreeBSD...  This entry has been
around for 7 years, so they've probably stopped providing FreeBSD
consultancy...

2e7186064b Both http://forums.FreeBSD.org and http://wiki.FreeBSD.org redirect to 
secure versions of the sites, so link to the secure version directly.
Note that for wiki links I have only fixed up key links in navbars etc,
there are a large number of other links but fixing them does not seem
worth the churn.

251ffbbf24 - Switch betarel and betarel2 FreeBSD versions. 
- Set the release month and year for 9.3-RELEASE.
- Remove 9.3-RELEASE from the releng page.
- Add the 9.3-RELEASE EoL to the security page.
- Set beta.testing to IGNORE since images are not yet
  built.

f2045b8585 For reasons that are not clear to me yet, the translated versions of the 
handbook fail to build on the cluster with no CVSup mirrors listed.  I
can't recreate this locally, but for now, add back a single mirror
(cvsup.freebsd.org, which is under clusteradm control).  Hopefully
that should be sufficient to allow the build to complete.

318aab4a7b Since r44073, we no longer publish CVSup mirrors on the web site. Remove 
them from the mirror list source.

Many thanks to all of the people who have have maintained these systems
over the years (sometimes more than 10!).  You have helped FreeBSD grow
to what it is today, and your contribution is very much appreciated.
