fed0f38ffc Remove SBE from our hardware vendor list. The company does not exist anymore. 
Seems the have been bought by One Stop Systems some time ago.

ee5776943f Remove CATC from our hardware vendor list. The company has been taken over by LeCroy in 2004 and there is no indication of FreeBSD 
activity on their webpage since.
