96a7253ddd Update the website to include another entity, which shows 
10.2-RELEASE on the website again.

This is based on the original patch in the review URL with
very minor additions.

13c129b12b Refactor the newbies page: 
- Rename 'Using the website' to 'Getting FreeBSD'
- Move the note about the installation instructions, and remove the
  rest of the information that is duplicated elsewhere on the site.
- Move the links to the Search and Support page under the 'Learning
  about FreeBSD' section.
