fed721c589 Move the ports INDEX fetch functionality from webupdate.wrapper 
to webupdate to fix the weekly clean build failures.

When fullbuild-clean.flag exists, all of the trees are removed
and checked out cleanly.  This happens after the INDEX-${INDEXNUM}
is fetched, so when the build enters the htdocs/ports/ directory,
the INDEX-${INDEXNUM} no longer exists.

de3c946bda Set FOP_OPTS, the variable passed by the fop shell script to the Java 
interpreter, to use the same minimum values for stack and heap space on
all architectures.  The built-in i386 defaults are smaller than those on
amd64, so i386 fop PDF builds ran out of space and failed.  Working
values were copied from the amd64 defaults.

bec94907eb Increase the global size of maxvars for xsltproc to help it choke down 
large indigestible blobs like the PGP keys article.  Also remove the
special settings in the PGP Keys article Makefile that are no longer
necessary.

e984dc3473 Tidy up some loose ends that no longer work after the apache-1.x server on 
hub.freebsd.org and the supporting 15 year old binaries have gone away.

Highlights:
- Sync up the cgi scripts to be closer to the standard page look
and feel and the canonical url locations.
- Adjust the search controls to include the docs.freebsd.org doc set.
- Replace the remaining wais search references.
- Fix up the embedded paths that depended on a symlink and/or nfs jungle
on hub. These aren't present in the jail this now runs in.
- Fix a typo (stray backtick) in one of the header entities.
- Remove the remaining no-longer-functional gnats components - they
ran on hub and no longer exist.

de2755b681 Update webupdate and webupdate.wrapper to fix several issues. 
In webupdate:
 - Output the ports tree checkout to the log file.
 - Set the depth of ports/Mk/ to 'infinity', since its contents
   are needed for 'fetchindex' to work properly.
 - Reduce redundant explicit paths to use the value of 'subdirs'.

In webupdate.wrapper:
 - Set PORTSDIR to the actual path that is being updated by
   webupdate.
 - If PINDEX_OVERRIDE is set, remove the INDEX-INDEXNUM file.

ff02792b59 Revert previous commit, which broke the build. 
The problem is the INDEX info isn't being properly generated,
and now I see why.  But I'm going to wait until the in-flight
email service migration stuff is done before fixing this.
