fc3990a3b4 Update the WPA-PSK access point section at Mark Felder's request, who 
supplied the ifconfig output.  Also update some of the defaults and
suggestions for the current era: WPA2 and CCMP/AES.

cedbf10075 Pad out the section on tethering, and clarify which device is likely to 
be needed for iPhones/iPads, Android devices, and older devices.

Change the "kldload" examples to use "if_foo" rather than "foo" as only
the former works on 9.x.

6a8b291836 Fix a couple of unrelated issues in the Wi-Fi section: 
- Wi-Fi Alliance needs a capital "A"
 - Change the word "security" to "network" in a paragraph talking about
   diagnosing connectivity issues.  I suspect this is a copy/paste error.
   This paragraph also needs to be moved, I shall do that in a separate
   commit.

b5b3e6fbd3 Initial pass through IPv6 Introduction. 
It needs a second pass and a mention of how FreeBSD is leading
the way with IPv6-only.
The rest of this chapter needs a tech review by someone
who knows more about IPv6 as the last two sections are
still unclear on why/when someone would do this.
