50d3f3f2ab Make sure that browsers that don't automatically check for /favicon.ico

22ff67e76a webchanges.sgml has been unhooked from the build for over 3 years; it's time 
is up.

Also, remove a reference to press.sgml from the Makefile, since that hasn't
existed for nearly two years.

6c86cb4e3e Add my wish for a sparc64 box with PCI slots. My sparc64 box 
doesn't have any, which doesn't make things easy when trying to
make drivers work with FreeBSD/sparc64.

79b7c0ee6e - Remove the note about vtophys() for if_dc since I removed all those. 
- Mark ata(4) and em(4) as p!=a safe since they are known to work fine
  with PAE.
- Reformat some entries to be consistent with the rest of the file.

96ec8763ad - Add an entry for the amd64 platform, which should fully support the 
busdma API without problems.
- It seems Doug White is working on converting the USB framework to
  busdma, so assign this task to him.
- Note that bge(4) is a != p safe because the hardware has support for
  64 bits addresses.
