dd0dca44bf Make it clear that squid can either be run on the clients (as it was in the 
old days), or on the server.  The latter is more efficient.

Factor out the ganglia instructions as being optional.

While here, remove some more cruft.

b91e74bc05 Start scrubbing (or flagging) all obsolete information. 
While here, continue moving from using /var/portbuild to /a/portbuild
for server-based instructions, and be more pedantic about labeling

6b5bfed944 Reflect the fact that src branch definitions have moved to admin/admin.conf, 
and that makeworld, mkbindist, zbackup, and zexpire have all moved to
admin/scripts/ .  This fixes up the three sections on dealing with changes
to branches, but the "new architecture" section is still a mess.

While here, stamp out more uses of /var/portbuild in favor of /a/portbuild.

6a0104e34c Move some variable definitions away from control of PORTBUILD_USER and 
into control of SRCBUILD_USER, from portbuild/conf/server.conf to
portbuild/admin/conf/admin.conf, respectively.

d6ff37411d More work to support the split of PORTBUILD_USER into SRCBUILD_USER: 
- remove the old description of the internals of the mkportbuild
   script.  They are insufficient for the new world.

 - start refactoring to indicate which configuration variables move
   from portbuild/conf/server.conf to portbuild/admin/conf/admin.conf.
   WIP.

1ed845f5b0 Very sneakily note that mkportbuild moves from portbuild/tools to 
portbuild/admin/tools.  Start documenting SRCBUILD_USER.  Remove
mention of zfsadmin, that has been rewritten 3 times already by now.

85e5bb5431 Reflect the renaming of the periodic scripts. Reflect the refactoring of 
all arch-specific stuff from the root crontab to the portbuild crontab.

45de4739b2 Fold the pointyhat-zfs-volume sect2 into the portbuild-repo-setup sect2, 
because a new script tools/mkportbuild helps to automate several of the
tasks.

Some of the broken whitespace will be fixed in a followup commit.
