b003798dc3 Update 6.1R TODO list: 
- i386 deadlocks with >16GB swap:
	deferred to the future releases.
- umount -f panics:
	mention jeff's patch.
- quota deadlocks:
	mention jeff's patch.
- sort(1) does not work with some locales:
	new.
- /dev/kmem panic:
	ups committed a fix for i386.
- dhclient causes ipv6 panics:
	moved to testing foci.
- amd64 panics in ipv6 with date(1):
	moved to testing foci (www/93611).
- grep(1) -w does not work with multibyte locales:
	new, fixed on -HEAD.

6e00abc0de Quoting mlaier@: "rwlocks are cool and solve 60% of the problem, but they 
lack priority propagation.  So the best thing for the TODO-list would be
to change the entry to "Priority Propagation for rwlock(9)"

So, comment out the "Usable lock implementation with SX-semantics" entry
for now.  I'll rename it to "Priority Propagation for rwlock(9)" when
someone submits a new, complete description for this entry.

bbc6534d59 New item: 
- swapping performance on 6.0 is much worse than on 4.x.

Update items:
 - "unmount pending error": ssouhlal@ is investigating.
 - "quota deadlocks": jeff@ is investigating.
 - "IPv6 panic with date(1)": ume@'s patch seems to address
   this problem and dwmalone@ is working on some other missing
   locking.

7567447d0e Add 'Marketing Materials' link to documentation navbar, and add the 
newest testing toolbox whitepaper to the marketing documents page.
The goal is to segregate out non technical articles from the general
Books/HowTos page so that we do not confuse our audience for these
very different types of documents.
