8217071c33 New Makefile. This builds the FreeBSD Handbook outside of the main web 
tree -- the previous method used symlinks to try and build the book
inside the tree.  The old method now fails because various support
files don't exist in the web tree.  Rather than creating a nest of
symlinks, this is a simpler approach.

dcd488bcda It has always bugged me that the only way to the 'formulate query' 
window was through the 'show all open prs' page. Going by that
route makes the server do lots of unnecessary work.

That way we pick up the DocBook version, and not the remnants of any

981beccd90 Remove the VM System Overview link, the text has been incorporated into 
the Handbook.

Remove one of the two entries for the BSD cellphone cover.  It's cool,
but not that cool.

d80a1ee97f Don't build the PostScript format. The teTeX-beta port is currently broken. 
Only the english handbook was converted to DocBook, the
japanese handbook is still in linuxdoc.

2c32476628 Change some of the targets to cater for the DocBook Handbook. The 
"FORMATS" spec has changed, but the majority of stuff still uses LinuxDoc.
Special case the Handbook where necessary.

3a6361c32c The Handbook conversion has changed the names of some of the generated 
HTML files (not all of them, just some of them).

Fix up the broken references to point to the correct files.

This has not touched the release notes in releases/*/*.  I'm not sure
whether they should remain as historical record of what was shipped or
not.  About 5 of them now have a couple of broken links each, which will
be trivial to fix.

8710be34dd Explicitly use perl to execute perl scripts, so we don't have to rely 
on the permissions of the file in the CVS tree or if perl5 is
installed in /usr/bin/perl or /usr/local/bin/perl.
